STAGE 4 : Technology / project implementation

No two projects are the same, so implementation is by nature bespoke: each is delivered by a FIS360 commercialisation expert in coordination with the client to achieve the project aims and using the FIS360 strategy that has been developed to date.

An ever evolving and refining process is needed to re-visit and test assumptions around the technical and commercial benefits of the technology and this is something that will never change throughout the commercialisation lifecycle.

The role of FIS360 can take one of two paths, either we can coordinate and monitor the commercialisation of a project or we can play a much more active role in commercialising the technology.


With the benefit of our research and data from the assessment and strategy development phases, we're able to focus the client on critical commercial and technical development activities and marketing activities which have significant impact on the success of a project.

Regular review meetings and calls between FIS360 and the client ensure that we keep the agreed commercialisation strategy on track. There will be a lot of activity going on so it's vital that the agreed strategies are adhered to and, if necessary, refined.

We utilise our broad range of commercialisation experience to guide the client and sign-post / make introductions where necessary.


FIS360 should be seen as part of the clients extended team. Being agile means also being flexible enough to know when one's expertise ends and it's time to bring in new / complementary resources. We're experienced enough to know when to call upon professional services to negotiate the legal, IP and financial challenges commercialisation brings. This minimises delays and complexities, and means that people are working to their strengths.


This is one of the key strengths of engaging with FIS360 given our previous commercialisation experiences. Clients can benefit from total solution project management with a comprehensive, bespoke expert commercialisation project management service. This naturally includes commercial, technical and financial activities to ensure delivery against agreed milestones and to agreed budgets.


Whilst it is typical to engage with FIS360 in either a monitoring or total solution project management capacity FIS360 will naturally start to develop / refine the future strategy for the technology / project, activities which include:
